If the dumpster is not available for pickup on the future scheduled pickup date, due to weather, wet ground, or general lack of accessibility, a $15.00 a day rental charge will be applied until the dumpster is available for such pickup. If the customer fails to notify dispatch of the lack of accessibility prior to arrival on the future scheduled pickup date a $60.00 trip fee will be applied.
Ameribox Service Agreement
This Agreement is between Ameribox LLC and yourself, either the authorized agent or contractor, as set forth as disclosed to Ameribox LLC upon request of dumpster/box (sometimes referred to yourself/contractor throughout this agreement as “Customer”).
Per the customers request, Ameribox LLC will deliver a roll-off dumpster/box to the above address/site. The customer understands that Ameribox LLC will use reasonable precautions at delivery and removal of the dumpster/box at the address/site. Customer hereby assumes all responsibility for any damage that may result to the address/site, including but not limited to any yard, driveway, sidewalk or other improvements thereon during delivery and removal of the dumpster/box. Customer assumes all responsibility, liability, and obligations and shall hold harmless and indemnify Ameribox LLC for all fines, charges, liabilities, expenses, fees of environmental professionals, and reasonable attorney’s fees in connection with this agreement including any action that may arise while the dumpster/box is located at the address/site.
Per the contractors request, Ameribox LLC will deliver the dumpster/box to the address/site. Contractor hereby acknowledges, represents and warrants that contractor has permission from the property owner of the address/site to enter into this agreement and have the dumpster/box placed on that address/Site. Contractor and property owner hereby assume all responsibility for any damage that may result to the address/site, including but not limited to any yard, driveway, sidewalk or other improvements thereon during delivery and removal of the dumpster/box. Contractor and property owner assume all responsibility, liability, and obligations and shall hold harmless and indemnify Ameribox LLC for all fines, charges, liabilities, expenses, fees of environmental professionals, and legal fees in accordance with this agreement including any action that may occur while the dumpster/box is located at the address/site.
Terms and Conditions
Ameribox LLC agrees to rent equipment to customer under the following conditions and for the pre determined quote/price. Customer consents to the automatic payment charge/charges placed on the credit card given at time of booking. When applicable, customer consents to the automatic payment of monthly invoices to Ameribox LLC and will execute necessary documentation at the discretion of Ameribox LLC to authorize bank or credit card payment directly to Ameribox LLC on a monthly basis.
Customer placement of the dumpster is critical for future pickup. If the dumpster is not available on the future scheduled pickup date, due to weather, wet ground, or general lack of accessibility, a $15.00 a day rental charge will be applied until the dumpster is available for such pickup. If the customer fails to notify dispatch of the lack of accessibility prior to arrival on the future scheduled pickup date a $60.00 trip fee will be applied.
Customer agrees to the pre approved rental period at the time of booking. In the event the dumpster/box isn’t available for pickup at the end of the pre determined rental period, a rate of $15.00 dollars a day will be charged for each additional day past the pre determined rental period.
Northshore Customers. Due to local rules and regulations customer acknowledges weight restrictions associated with their dumpster/box. We do not allow any more than one yard of dirt, rock, sand, concrete, brick, plaster, stone or asphalt to be placed in our dumpster/box without prior approval. We do not allow logs or stumps to be placed in the dumpster/box without prior approval. In the event that the dumpster/box is overloaded, a 65.00 dollar charge will be applied per ton over the included 2.5 ton limit and is solely the responsibility of the customer to empty such materials from the dumpster/box to allow safe retrieval at a later date.
Southshore Customers. The included weight of 5,000 pounds of waste plus the $65.00 charge for each additional ton over may not apply to southshore customers. This is depending on material and dumping location. For example: Construction and demolition debris will not be charged extra, we just ask to limit the weight for safe operation and transport. Due to local rules and regulations customer acknowledges weight restrictions associated with their dumpster/box. We do not allow any more than one yard of dirt, rock, sand, concrete, brick, plaster, stone or asphalt to be placed in our dumpster/box without prior approval. We do not allow logs or stumps to be placed in the dumpster/box without prior approval. In the event that the dumpster/box is overloaded, it is solely the responsibility of the customer to empty such materials from the dumpster/box to allow safe retrieval at a later date.
Customer is responsible for any and all waste placed in the dumpster/box by themselves or any other party while the dumpster/box is rented to the customer.
Customer is responsible for any and all weight fees associated with any kind of weather precipitation accumulated in their dumpster/box.
Use extreme caution when opening and closing dumpster/box door. Ameribox LLC is not responsible for any damage to property or person associated with the opening and closing of the door.
After the customer has finished loading the dumpster/box, the dumpster/box door must be fully latched with the primary latch. Due to safety regulations, Ameribox LLC will not haul any dumpster/box where the dumpster/box door primary latch can not be closed and secured due to contents inhibiting the closing of the primary latch. In the event that the dumpster/box door primary latch can not be fully secured on pickup, it’s the sole responsibility of the customer to readjust the contents of the dumpster/box to allow the dumpster/box door primary latch to be fully secured. In the event that the primary latch of the dumpster/box door can not be secured upon arrival, a trip fee will be charged, along with the corresponding rental days until the dumpster/box door primary latch can be fully secured for pickup.
Customer understands any ruts or indentions caused by the delivery/placement and pickup of the dumpster/box is solely the responsibility of the customer. Ameribox LLC is not responsible for any damage to driveway including but not limited to marks, cracks, and stains.
Any material extended past the top of the dumpster/box will not be excepted. It is the customers sole responsibility to repack/adjust material in such a way to allow the safe retrieval and hauling of the dumpster/box. A 60.00 dollar trip fee will be applied along with any corresponding rental days until such dumpster/box can be safely retrieved.
Ameribox LLC does not except any hazardous material including but not limited to: Creosote coated material, freon tanks, hazardous waste, radioactive waste, corrosive waste, ignitable waste, toxic waste, explosives, tires, batteries, liquid paint (must be dried), liquid waste, vehicles, gas engines, solvents, paint thinners, motor oil, used oil filters, dead animals, medical waste, asbestos, propane tanks, gas tanks, gas cylinders, and any appliances still containing freon. Customer shall be and remain responsible for all hazardous waste placed in the container, by customer or other parties. Any materials deemed hazardous waste may be subject to rejection or additional disposal fees. Any hazardous waste discovered at dumping of dumpster/box will result in customer incurring a fine of not less than 100.00 dollars for an environmental fee, plus any fines or penalties incurred from any governmental entity, transfer stations, or dumping facilities, and all materials in question may be returned to the address/site at the customer’s sole responsibility. Customer shall indemnify and hold Ameribox LLC harmless against any claim for any material placed in dumpster/box in violation of any applicable environmental laws and regulations.
Any tires that are found in the dumpster will result in a minimum 100.00 dollar charge per tire to the customer.
Customer is solely responsible for any permits/licenses required by local municipalities for the placement and use of the dumpster/box. Customer hereby agrees to comply with all ordinances, laws, rules, and requirements for rental and placement of the dumpster/box and are liable for any citations/fines. It is the customers sole responsibility to pay such fines/fees associated with failure to have proper permits/licenses to such municipalities.
Customer is solely responsible for the safety of any and all pets throughout the duration of service.
The loading of the dumpster/box by equipment/machinery is strictly prohibited. Any damage to the dumpster/box associated with loading the dumpster/box with machinery/equipment is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customer agrees to pay all legal / collection fees accrued in conjunction with the collection of any outstanding debts.
Ameribox LLC is not responsible for any verbal contracts, bindings or agreements made by its drivers, or agents. This agreement and its terms and conditions are the binding authority between you and Ameribox LLC for dumpster/box service.
